TOYOTA RAV4

This project was a cinematic narrative ad created to launch the all-new 2026 Toyota RAV4, premiering live at Toyota’s National Dealer Meeting in Las Vegas. With only five weeks to deliver, the team set out to create a polished, cinematic mini heist film—something that would normally require extensive casting, location scouting, and complex production logistics.

To make this possible, the team built a hybrid, AI-driven workflow that allowed for rapid iteration at scale. AI-powered casting, wardrobe, and location design generated thousands of creative options, while storyboards, keyframes, and motion generation were used to shape performance and pacing. The film was delivered on time and under budget—after producing 46,000 stills, 3,158 keyframes, 1,365 takes, and 76 edit versions—successfully completing a highly ambitious project in an efficient and innovative way.
